My photographic life began when my Mother bought me my first camera, a Russian made Zenith EM. It was fully manual with an electronic light meter. I photographed my local town, soil, holidays, landscapes, midges, myself... I was hooked. I was 14.

I learnt the technical aspect of photography from magazines and books. I taught myself and enjoyed the process of learning from my mistakes. Subjects that I find interesting to photograph are clever uses of texture, patterns, architectural, abstract and still life.

After being a keen photographer for many years. I now run my own photo restoration business PixelFIX Photo Restorations. Here are my visions, my apparitions of light - of shape, of colour and texture. I hope you enjoy them as much as I enjoy capturing them.
